Good cardiovascular health (heart and circulation)

How do you get active?
Walking
- Try indoor walking/running tracks or walk at the mall when the weather is too cold or too hot.
- Use walking sticks for stability when walking outside.
Rowing
Pool excercises
Recumbant cycling – less strain on back and hips than regular cycling
Snowshoeing
