Credit Card Policy
As of November 1st, 2022 a 3% surcharge will be charged on all invoices paid using credit card (VISA, Mastercard). Online purchases through our website or invoices paid with debit, e-transfer, and PayPal are exempt from this surcharge.
Pre-Order & Items on Backorder Policy
Pre-orders, backorders and special orders are non-refundable. Pre-order, backorders and special order cancellations are at Aquassure’s discretion, and if approved, total of sale will be given as store credit only.
Cancellation Policy
You may decide to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped and is not a pre-order/backorder/special order, there may be a 5% cancellation fee deducted from your refund – the credit card companies charge us a percentage for the original sale plus a percentage on the refund. If any portion of your order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy. If you need to cancel a “special order”– a non-stocked model, backorder or pre-order that has not been processed yet by the originating manufacturer, a 25% to 50% cancellation fee will apply. If the manufacturer has shipped/produced the product already, then there is no refund on special orders/backorders/pre-orders.
