The RAHA (Rebate for Accessible Home Adaptations – Formerly known as HAFI (Home Adaptations for Independence) may be able to help. “The BC Rebate for Accessible Home Adaptations (BC RAHA) provides financial assistance in the form of a rebate to eligible low- and moderate-income households to complete home adaptations for continued independent living in their home.” The program provides a rebate of up to $17,500 to make necessary changes to improve accessibility in the home (if medically needed) for seniors and people with disabilities.
