With the holidays rapidly approaching and our order board backing up, we would like to give all our dealers and prospective customers a heads up regarding shipping and lead times. Based on currently booked tub
production, we anticipate the following lead times for shipping. All orders are dealt with on a first-deposit, first-shipped basis. We are at a 2-3 week lead time for both right and left tub models. Shipping time is 2-6 business days depending on your location (We are on the West Coast so please allow extra time for Eastern orders).
Deposits received December 11th-17th will ship January 7th or 10th
Deposits received December 18th-29th will ship either January 14th or 17th
Deposits received January 4-7th will ship January 20-24th
Deposits received January 10-14th, will ship January 27-31st.
HOLIDAY HOURS:

December 29-30 – Open, but limited staff only
December 31st – Closed
January 3rd – Closed
