Amount: up to $3,500
Eligibility Requirements: This one time grant provides funding for home repairs and permanent adaptations to make the home safer to live in for the long term. You must be permanent resident of the home, 65+ years of age, experience difficulty with daily activities due to your age, are low income, and will stay in the home a minimum of six months after renovation.
